What is my life expectancy for my engine Babied immaculate maintenance. ??

My 2003 has 325,000 Km too late to turn back now just authorized $7000.00 repair bill.Hope well spent. My 03 is like new shape so hopeful for success. Replacing all 8 injectors. EGR, Main gasket between block & engine.Fingers crossed. My Dealer has always used me right.
