Well.. when the timing chain went, it ended up bending about 6 pushrods...I'm going to pull the heads and check out everything else this weekend. BUT... since I will have them off and I need to replace stuff, what should I be doing while in there? Any reccommendations on rods, lifters, etc...

Is there a special trick to getting the timing chain off?According to the book, slide the top gear off after aligning the marks (I did that), yet that SOB is not about to move easily.Puller needed?Thx M
