I need to replace the rubber around the vent window. Can someone give me tips on removing the vent window to better install rubber. I see 3 screws in the side of door. Rivets removed from post and old rubber removed already

Im doing a 70f100 for a friends father. He wants american torque -aka old style wheels. I want to fill the fenders but not scrub. Any ideas on wheel/tire size for front and back from the peeps who have been there and done that.
