My brother has a 1992 f150 with dual tanks. He currenty runs on the front tank. when he switches to the rear tank the truck starves and shuts off. dont know if it means anything but the fuel guage for the front tank always shows empty, when we switch to the rear tank the guage jumps up to almost...

i was kinda thinking the sealer method. i have dual tanks and both together run around $250-$300 new. what type of sealer would be good?

While i have the engine, tranny, and bed off the truck i was wanting to clean up the under side of the truck. It has 40 years of dirt and grime on the frame, rear end and such. how do i (or should i) clean all that crap off without taking it down to the frame? should i paint it after cleaning...
