I have a 2007 F350 Diesel with about 53,000 miles....lately when starting she is real rough at idle. Almost like its not firing on all cylinders. After letting the truck warm up for a long while it runs OK.....shifts hard for a little longer...but runs on.common? troubles ahead?Thanks
