I am looking for one for my 55 F100, very hard to find a carbureted, and am in the NY area, does anyone know it the motor mount in the 55 for an FE engine will work with the 300, was told they use the same mounts.

In good condition, in PA all hardwear $350

No engine/trans, or bed, frame is very good, rebuilt stock front end, have duel master setup, and new wiring harness, pair of extra front fenders, cab is OK, Cragers. $2500 or trades considered, Truck located NEPA

Have a large bike (complete) for front end, also have a VW engine cradle, also a mini go-cart frame. $800 or trade Located in the Pocono's

Ford never should have stopped making the 4.9, have one in a 79F100 and 91F150. Think I will put one in my 55 F100, someone told me to use the FE engine cross member, it will work for the 4.9 in the 55, don't know but will check on it. Keep on trucken!

Have one in my 79 F100, great engine, looking in the PA area, hard to find, for another one, carburetored, for a 55 F100 project. I also have one in my 91 F150

Going to put a 55 bed on my 79 F100, has anyone tryed this? Looks like the fenders will be in the right place, and all the other measerments look OK too.

Does anyone know what 5 speed bolts up to a Ford 300, 6, was told you can use a 302 bellhousing on these engines, can you? Thanks :hammer:

Here is my 79 F100 I am working on, yes thats a 56 grill, will put a 55 bed on as soon as the weather lets me. Its a stick 6 but removed all the polution junk and it runs good now. We are in PA, also have a 55 F100, and a 91 F150 that I have to sell.
