Well got her tuned up with new cap/rotor/plugs/coil and wires. I set timing to 8* and she will idle fine but when I give it wot she feels like the timing is not right(bogs down and missfiring). I went over everything again but it still won't run under wot, could it be the carb its not tuned or...

Just picked up this truck off Craigs lists for $700.00. The truck is in great shape with only 78K on it. The problem is I towed it home because the 17yr kid started to take off all the smog and vacuum lines with out knowing what he was doing. It is a carb not EFI, so my question is what lines do...
