Hey thanks for the reply. As you may guess I want to keep the truck as simple as possible, few electronic gizmo's as possible.Would they have had catalytic converters back then?
Would it need emission testing and a CAT to be legal in California?Cannot wait to get my hands dirty!
So I am looking at F150's and do not know enough about the internals to make an informed decision.
So I want a truck with transistorised ignition and a carburettor, I want it as mechanically simple as possible, but don't want to $$$ around with points ignition, setting the gaps and so forth...
Hey guys.
I'm a English guy who is going to be moving to California soon.
So obviously when I get there I will need a car.
So I will be wanting a truck, we used to have a 2009 F150 when we were in Canada. Which was nice, I loved the road presence, the comfort.
