Because a supercab 150 4wd has leaves under the front end from the factory, just like a 250 4wd.

so now you are found!!! it is actually called a y200 suspension, available in the 4wd f150's for 78 and 79, a leaf spring suspension w/ single caliper 1/2 ton 5 lug rotors...makes for an easy 8 lug conversion...did it to my 79 s/c

Yes you can put in any '73-'79 Grille with ease into any '73-'79 Ford F-100/F-350 Truck.
'76-'77 Grilles look the best, In My Opinion.
