and it could make even more if they used much bigger heads.. they currently have some small 205 heads with 2.02 intake valves.. SAME SIZE VALVE AS MINE!!! on 150 cubic inches more!!

if they build a 240cc or so head, with a 2.10 intake valve and properly size exhaust valve, would easily make 650/650 and be able to rev more than just 5600 rpms..

It was good, and surprising to see FMS release this crate. Weren't many guys building these prior to this release. Will make a lot more power when built outside of Ford Racing's restricive specifications.

It is awesome as far as the crate motor aspect, but they have had parts and pieces available that allowed 450 + cubes since the mid 90s. Something tells me the 5600 rpm limit has got more to do with the fact that you can only squeeze some much stuff into a given space and expect it to live a reosonably long life.
