1985 F150 Stalls after reaching temp

Hi guys. Could really use some help, I am stumped!

Here's the specs:
1985 Ford f150 XLT Lariat
5.0L V8 302 engine
2 BBL Carb
VIN F series

Truck starts perfect, purrs like a kitten. Once it reaches operating temp it stalls out, shuts down.

I ran the codes and get only one - code 31
There are only 2 causes for this in the book:
Faulty EGR valve position sensor (which I have now replaced and same situation)
EVAP control system below minimum voltage

Any good ideas are very welcome!!
Sidenote: I have been working on this truck for a while now. Within the last year all of the following has been replaced/rebuilt

Entire ignition system except distributor
Entire fuel system (including lines)
valve cover gaskets
Professionally rebuilt carburetor
Ignition control module
EGR valve position sensor

Wow,no help... I dont know nothing about sensors or vehicles
that rely on a computer.I know one time my dads 82 lincoln would run
perfect for days an all of a sudden quit,it had us stumped, then one guy
told us that we had to replace the computer,an we did.Not sure if that
solved the problem.I moved.

I hope some one can give you some feedback.Im more of old school...:)

oh damn this one could be a tough one, when it stalls out what are the symptoms, do you have spark? Do you have fuel? Id start with those things.

You could also have your ignition module tested (not sure exactly how that works on fords, but chevys are prone to funky crap when they fail) its free to have tested at orielies or similar.

First things is first, id check spark after the stall and help narrow it down. Id also try to check to see if she has fuel once she stalls too.
