'07 F350 Cc

I was considering stepping up to a crew cab in lieu of my '07 super cab. The truck has the 6.0 with 52K. The engine hr meter read something like 400 hrs which is about half of the time my truck has on it for the same year with 20,000 less miles(my truck has 32K and ~800 hrs which averages about 40 mph). Seemed kind of screwy to me. Here is the VIN 1FTWW31P97EA45151. Thanks in advance.

Sorry but what exactly is your question?

Ahhh, sorry, thought it was obvious.... How is it possible that the engine has only 400 hr logged on the digital hr meter with 52,000 miles on the truck. Dividing 52K miles by 400 hrs would mean the truck has averaged 130 miles per hour.

My 2007 has 800 hr on the clock with 32K miles on the truck for an average of 40 miles per hour.

Ha! It may be as simple as a burned out segment. Like there may be a 1 infront of the 400. 52K/1400 hrs = 37 mph which I would believe.

My '05 has 61,000 with 1500 hours equaling a tick over 40 mph average.

Turned out the instrument cluster was replaced. The miles were set to match the old one but the hour meter was never set.....
