Fire in the hole...
I think I have lost my mind for good, this time...
OK, here is what I am starting with... A 2000 Mercury Mountaineer, a 1979 Bronco, a 1977 F250 351M/auto 2wd, a 1978 F250 400/4 speed 4x4, a 1979 F150 300/4 speed 4x4, a 1971 F100 (1969 grill), and a 1979 Thunderbird 351W/auto thrown in for good measure...
When the dust settles, there will hopefully be the following:
1. A Mountaineer with a 4.56 D44 and 4.56 Detroit 9" from the Bronco, a 351W from the Thunderbird, a NP435 and NP205 from the F150, mated up with a 203 doubler.
2. A 1977 F250 2wd body swapped onto a 1978 F250 4x4 frame with a 351M from 1977 F250, and NP435/NP205 from 1978 F250 4x4, BFG KM2s from the Mountaineer.
3. A 1971/69 F100 on a 1977 F250 2wd frame shortened to short box length, with a 302/auto/BW 4406 transfer case from the 2000 Mountaineer.
So, am I crazy?
