Door and Window switch issues

I'm beginning to have some problems with the door controls for the power windows and locks.
First the locks: I can hear all the solenoids TRYING to raise or lower, and even see a little movement. My question is this: How can I access the solenoids adequately and what type of lubricant or cleaner should I use on them?
Second, the windows: I have two window switches that seem to work one way and not the other. Do you think dowsing them with contact cleaner will help, or should I just replace them? Also if I ohm out the motor lead, what kind of reading should I get?

The power locks have been replacement of the actuators. They'll seem to work at first, then gradually get weaker. You'll need to get access to the latches. Some are a 1/4 turn screwed into the bottom of the latches. Its easier to replace the switches than to clean them.
