I'm pretty sure they wont I think the only mounts that are interchangeable are the 426 and the 460 but I'm not 100% on that maybe a wiser member can clear that up.
But I would recommend getting new mounts.

i will probley get new mounts just for the hell of it cause i will be making about 500 hp and about 500 ftb.

nope..two completely different animals.

Is this a 4x2 or 4x4 ?

429/460 engine mounts for 73-79 4x2's ...

and 4x4's with rear sump oil pan .

On a 4x4,the factory mounts will work but you will need a rear sump Oil Pan and Oil Pump pickup

If they are old mounts and you are going to put a engine making that kinda of power I would.
Its cheaper now then on the trail a new set of good mounts will set you back like 80 to 170 or so.
BTW do you have any pics of your build ??

You can use the mounts from L & L or other aftermarket companies .
