In the Middle is in Illinois just a little on the east side of St. Louis. You can't drive the car though... last week I finally got the engine and transmission out of it. The engine/trans is hopefully going in my '79. I unhooked all the wiring harnesses from the firewall and cut the front of the car off to get to the engine easier. After it was cut, the front of the car rolled out real easily by just pulling on the front bumper. The engine is completely out now and both parts of the body of the car have been hauled away for scrap.


And of coarse I have a pic or 4...

Completely random and off topic, but here's some more of my butchery...

The firewall was still intact, so my gas and brake pedal both worked just fine. I "sat" on the frame with 1 foot while the other operated the pedals.
