Quits while driving

I have a 96 Ford F350 that quit running while driving. Engine cranks but won't start. I can hear the fuel pump run when the ignition is turned on. Pulled out a spark plug and saw spark but the plug was not wet with fuel when it was removed. I wait a while and it will start up again. It seems to do it when going slow or foot off acelerator. Any ideas/suggestions???

Because you have spark, but the plug isn't wet, I would suspect a fuel delivery issue. Your pump is running, but if the injectors aren't pulsing, you have no fuel. You can use a test light on the injector electrical connector to see if you have a pulse. If not, cmp, ckp, circuitry, pcm.
