How often do you see M-series Bumpsides up your direction???

All the time. There was one for sale at the swap meet 2 weeks ago.
In fact I know where there are 3 Mercury beds being used as refuse trailers.

In fact, I found a new truck in town I was going to post the photo of today.

about a 48-50 Mercury 350.

That explains it. I was never sure. All I know is I love them old trucks.

Look good, but too old for me. My goal is to own a 67-72 M-100 SWB 2x4...

Like the one in the ad link posted at the top of my last reply.

These trucks come up for sale all the time
.... it's just the amount people are asking for them.
The one in the ad is only $800.00

From the Canadian Nationals in Arthur Ontario.

This one is a real beauty.. wish I took more pics of it.

This one has a diesel in it.

Pretty rare. They've been hiding out here. I know a local car collectoir who had a '48 M100. My truck was parked beside it at a local car show. That truck was all red with black fenders. He sold that truck along with a few other cars to an "empty pocket" Brazilian man. It took him months to send the cars over. A lot of paperwork and red tape. I'm sure he got paid extra for the shipping process.

Yeah, I want to build two identical trucks (already have the SWB F-100) just because I think it'd be cool to take them to shows and see the looks from people when they walk by...

Did they have the same engine/transmission options as their southern counterparts???
