Got a quick question. In our boat the guy before us had a 2400 watt stereo system installed. Well it had three batteries under the seat. Well my dad doesnt want all that boom boom crap, so today we tore most of it out. Some rock has some good base so he wants to keep on subwoofer. Well in the manual that came with the boat says that the boat should have one battery itself to run and use the trim pump.
So we are only going to use two batteries and i want to make sure that this will work. Any Ideas?

While I agree you should run an isolator, you need a marine rated one. They can be found cheaper if you google MARINE Battery Isolator, but I get discounts at West Marine and know the store, so here's a link to a very good quality marine rated isolator:
