Is there a timer on this? If so is there any way to make it longer? :redface:

After typing up a response which took more than a few minutes to compose, I was prompted to login again when I attemped to post it. I didn't loose any of the post content when this happened, but it just seems a little unnecessary....

Umm...I have no issues. It sounds like a "cookie" problem. When you login are you hitting the remember me button?

you'll remain logged in if you have the 'remember me' option enabled. You will still time out, but your browser will automatically re-log you in. Next time when you're done cruising the boards, check the time stamp in the upper right corner, walk away for 20 minutes, then come back.
