This is a basic small chart of a a few of the 289 and 302 block casting numbers and their differences..

if any changes are needed and info is provided i will change them...

I not sure about a 289 with a D1(1971) pt no. Last year for 289 was 1968. The list has a 302 with same pt no. Although the blocks are basicly the same with some info out there saying the 289 blocks had shorter cylinders.

yeah i gotta adjust it.. one of my sources of info was wrong.. and i didnt notice it at first..
