I hope that the pictures will show enough detail.
In British Columbia we are required a front license plate, not that I used one on my last two cars, but on my patina (farm truck) rod project I decided to be legal for a change. This was the seconded attempt at recessing the plate mount in the front pan, the paint has not been “distressed” like the grille bar yet. (what do you think the little holes in the grill bar are for?)
