Difference in 2wd and 4wd C6 auto trany

Whats the difference in the 2wd and 4wd C6 auto trany? I got loose from a guy that didnt know what it came out of. He was for sure its a C6 auto. I cross referenced the numbers on it and all I got was a 1976 F150/350 390 truck.

Here's the numbers on the trany.

2 wheel has a tailshaft, 4 wheel doesn't.

This one has no yoke on it. All I see is spline shaft.

This came off my truck which is a C6 mated to a 205...there is an intermediate housing about 6'' long that joins to the transfer case:

Mine has no housing attached to it. The housing is all one piece.

It sounds like a 2wd unit with a tailshaft.

Thats what I'm thinking. So years used a tail driveshaft up by the trany that I could use with the 67 F100 1/2 ton rearend? Trany is bolting up to a 390 also.
