Exhaust Smoke

I have a 94 F-350 with a 7.3 IDI. When I drive it for more than an hour or so, It starts spiting gray smoke when I let off of the accelerator. Does anyone know what's going on?

Might have some valve seals leaking.

It is also possible the CDR valve needs to be cleaned.
