what axle did 52 f1 come with?

i'm looking for some help here . i have a question about what axle would come in 52 f1 this truck has a flathead v8 . any help would be appreciated . the tag on the axle said (W4212 on it ) . thanks in advance.

It would have been 3.73 standard, but could be ordered in optional ratio of 4.27

3.73 should have been a 41/11 gear set. The axle was a Dana/Spicer and basically a 44. Rugged and dependable.

I would guess someone replaced the stock rear with a later D44 with a 3.50 ratio.
