That is so cool. I always wanted to get pictures in front of a gas station like that. Route 66 is awesome, but the only part I ever was on was in Oklahoma.

Had I not gone to the local fair this year I would have never known of this place.

There was a photo entry with that Welcome to Spencer sign. I googled it and found out it was about 20 miles from home. Just recently they have been rebuilding it.

That would be awesome to travel the entire route. However the section I was on was horrible. Doesnt seem they have maintained it in years. so I can only imagine the rest of it though the country.

The part I was on in Oklahoma was pretty well maintained. There is a round barn there you can visit and Pops which is a place that sells all sorts of soda.
