We're making a program to make it easier to find special tools. My daughter put it on excel. It seems to work ok.

The special tools are generally in red plastic cases numbered according to the year the case was introduced. A job may require you to use one tool in a 97 case, and couple it with a tool from a 78 case. This gets complicated when there is no rhyme or reason how they are stored. When a particular job pays 2.3 hours and it takes 1.5 hours to find the tools (if you have them), you can see why this is important.

So Vince, how many cases you buy brand new that start with 09? That's for 1909!! ROFMAO Oh, shoot, that's Goose that's older than dirt. Hahahahahahahahahaha
