05' explorer wheel bearing DIY needed

I have a groaning front wheel bearing in my 05' Explorer. I need a good DIY link. I there one out there?

i suggest picking up a chilton's manual.... there like 20 bucks at the local auto parts store...

Autozone has online repair manuals. they are not great but they are better than nothing.

Yea, but having the instruction step by step right there is very nice, instead of having to wash your hands to go in and look at the next few instructions.
Wheel bearings is not a clean job...

What you do not have a computer in the garage. I print or photo copy all the pages i need to keep from messing up my manuals.

i dont even have a garage, do most of my work here at the plant, lots of space, i can set up and sprawl parts everywhere...

IIRC the 05 'sploder has a unit bearing. Easy as pie.
1. Jack the vehicle up and put jack stands under it
2. Remove tire
3. remove caliper
4. remove disc
5. remove CV shaft retaining nut (If 4wd)
6. remove wheel speed sensor
7 remove 3 bolts on back of bearing assembly
8. remove bearing assembly.

Assembly is reverse of removal.
