Kevin is right-- I just had to replace mine for the 2nd time. What is the code you're getting?

Showing EGR flow? I take it you mean..

332 - Insufficient EGR flow detected

That was not the code that I was getting when my DPFE was malfunctioning. The valve is vac operated-- you sure you dont have a vac leak?

you could have excessive egr flow also which would point to the dpfe, put a vacuum pump on the egr valve fitting and with the engine running pull a vacuum on the valve, the engine should stumble possibly stall.if it does your passages are clear.it is possible for the egr vacuum solenoid to be bad carefully check your vacuum lines for proper mounting and locations.if you need more help let me know i have access to pictures and test procedures, good luck
