ok guys heres a head scratcher for you

ok as some of you know, i have a 2000 explorer, XLS, also called " The Exploder". anyway, it has the day time running lights on it. how do i get rid of theres things? i don't like them. i'd rather be able to tunr on the parking lights and fog lamps. i pulled a fuse for the drl, but then the fog lamps wnt out too. any ideas ? thanks in advance guys. jdk

Well I don't have the location of the DRL module...but there should be a Light Green/Black input wire and a Grey/White output wire. Pulling the DRL module out of that circuit or just jumpering those wires to one another (that's how it's done in non-DRL trucks) should provide proper headlight and foglight operation while disabling the DRLs.

I think the DRL module is under the dash but I'm not positive on that, as I don't have DRLs on mine.
