68 F250 lift

i just recently inherited my grandfathers 68 F250 3/4 ton custom cab 2wd and i havent been able to find a premade lift kit for this truck, ive found a few places that can custom build one but i was curious if an newer model like a 1972+ has a prefab kit that is compatible with the 68. thanks in advance.

Sorry bud...don't think you're gonna be able to find a lift for a 2wd. A lot of folks do go the body lift route though. Beyond that, you better be ready to drop some cash on a custom lift.

You could measure each of your bushings and just do the math to buy them for a full body lift.

Yeah, it's like dropping these trucks using I beams, there's only one company that does it right...

I wonder if you could just flip the I beams upside down, then put the knuckles back on right side up. Kinda like they did with the old straight axles in some gassers.

Seen it done....works pretty good but you need coil springs to match the heigth.

Only problem is that I've seen is that it gives a lot of positive camber...
