dingy door handles

on my 02 f350 the door handles appear to be plastic (black) they are dingy gray.
I used Back to Black, still gray, any ideas short of paint?

Give this a shot. I have not used it but Adams stuff is top notch.

I have found the answer, and it works great. I found it at biglots, silicone lube spray, like a cheep wd40. I spray it on lightly, and it soaks in quick and looks streaky, repete a few times and then rub with a towel, and they look new, and keep looking new even after washing and being in the sun and the rain.
cost $1.80 a can
