What stick trans will fit ?

I have a V6 out of a 86 Tuuras that was running good when I junked the car. Is there any Standard trans that will bolt up to that year block and or flywheel or should I junk the whole works? Just a thought, I hate to junk a good running Ford product.

DO you know if it's a 3.0 or a 3.8 v-6?

It is a 3.0 ltr. wish it was 3.8

There was a manual trans on the 3.0 SHO Tauruses...

IDK if it would fit the Vulcan 3.0 though...

It should accept trannies from a Ranger/Aerostar with 3.0 then... they are the same bell if I recall correctly.

Ah 'smiliedoh' Didn't think of that. The 3.0 AFAIK is the same in the ranger.

Before the M5OD, there were a couple other manuals in Rangers/Aeros/BIIs.
