Had it been stuck to a mailbox long before either of us were born, it would signify a second mail pickup each day, I'm told.

On the door of the truck...it's just decoration. But I've grown quite fond of it. May well get some duplicates made up for my next vehicle, too.

Nope. Every once in a while somebody will think I'm a cop, though- between the white paint with blue things, and the antenna on the roof, I can kinda see it...but only kinda.

(First time I drove this truck to my grandfather's, he started flipping his lid because he thought I was the gas company, and he hadn't called and didn't want to pay for the service visit.)

Congrats Ian, I actually like your truck, and it does what you need it to. Thats all you can ask from it right, and 250,000 miles is a damn good run.
