chrome timing chain cover

anyone know of where i can get a chrome timing chain cover for my 390 tried summit and jegs both didnt have one and tried google still didnt find anything

You can polish it and it'll look pretty nice. Every so often I see a chrome one on ebay. But not many. The factory aluminum is fairly soft and easy to polish. Fact is you can't see a whole lot of it behind the water pump and pulleys. I hear some of those new chrome spray paints are actually pretty good. Haven't tried them myself tho.

thanks fellas i think im just going to paint it the same color as the block and heads like you said you wont see much of it once its in there
