Has anyone purchased any items to add to the factory system on 04-08 trucks ? If so what did you get and what do you think?

What are you thinking about getting? What upgrade options are there?

A place www.brandmotion.com makes lots of stuff. I am considering the rear seat dvd. If you get the harness they say it all plugs in. From the look of their stuff I would say they are the oe ford supplier.
