Operation Restoration 1978 F250 Custom

I'm in the process of a frame up restoration on my 1978 F250. If you're interested in seeing the process, I've been posting on my Jeep Club Forum; here's the link: http://www.lonestarjeepclub.org/board/showthread.php?t=44453

Anywho, I've finally got the frame painted and getting ready to put the cab and bed back on to take into the body shop. The only problem is I have no idea what color I want this beast! I've been trying to find the paint schemes Ford used during 1978 but can't find anything online or forums. Does anybody have a link to paint schemes? Other than that, do yall have suggestions for paint colors? I like the Dark Jade Poly or Black, but was wondering if yall had any suggestions that might spark my interest!

Jeremy (I read the ORA article and saw your name there),

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your service to our country!

Your story that was in ORA was so compelling, I hope you don't mind that I'm posting it here...

Ya know Blue Goose, that article has made me quite popular on the internet forums! =D I don't mind you posting it at all.

And thank you for thanking me, but truth be told, I do it because I love it!

Cool, I was gonna ask about switching out the points distributor for an electric one. I guess I'll go there and research some!
If you have points, the distributor is not the original.

DuraSpark electronic ignition introduced in 1974 in most vehicles. By 1976 all FoMoCo vehicles had it.
