...That would be me!

My sincerest compliments... your a very attractive lady.

I can say that as I am to old for you (not really... but my wife would cut off my "you know what" if I did... and I want to keep my "you know what") and have a 28 year old daughter myself... and I know how I get when guys in their teens, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's look at her (did I leave any age group out... hope not)?

Be careful posting and giving out to much information due to all the nuts out on the internet.

Was not aware we had a "women" diesel driver in the 6.0L section? Sure beats all the guys from Southern Missouri that post here!!!!

What kind of truck do you drive?

Jeff

You should have seen her in person! ;) I don't know how Ryan got so lucky! He must be a Used Car Salesman with a heck of a line!! smilieneenar

Or she was really drunk when they met which is the version of the facts I tend to believe after seeing her picture... and knowing what Ryan looks like!!!!!

Nope... just ask her....

Just looking out for her... she'll tell you.

As well, she is way out of my league...

My oil reports come back fine every time, so I am not worried. I re-calculated and I will be about 1,000 miles or so over the 5,000 interval mark, but I will just wait until I get home.
I'm not worried... but this is a "first" for me and my truck!!!

At least all the driving is highway driving which is easy on the motor and oil. Using Rotella-Syn, Racor filters and a Racor by-pass filter... I have all the faith in the world I will be fine.

Oh the sacrilege. Your truck will never be the same. :rolling laugh: :rolling laugh:

IMHO if you went to 7500 miles on the oil you are not going to see any adverse effects as you do not do this constantly and you are not towing etc.

Trip update....

(Saturday night) - Drove from KC to Colby, KS (Western Kansas) last Saturday night. Temps were between -1F to +5F. Truck drove fine.

As usual, I was running with double-dose Powerservice (white bottle with anti-gel). At 2am we stopped at hotel and I plugged in my coolant/block heater as it was +2F!!!!!!!

(Sunday) - The next day... she started right up with no smoke or anything.... she loves me!!!! Drove all the way to Las Vegas and got in at 12:00am local time.... truck ran fine but my gambling luck sucked!!!!!

(Monday) - Drove from Las Vegas to San Clemente, CA to visit daughter.

(Tuesday) - Shopped with wife and daughter.

(Wednesday) - Drove 2 hours to visit the Ronald Reagon Preseidential Library... what a cool place to visit. They have an old Airforce One on display that you can walk through!!!!

(Thursday-Christmas) - Truck is resting... it's tired!!!!

Truck ran like a dream the entire way and no issues with ultra-cold weather.

Can't wait to get home next week and change her oil and filters for a job well done!!!!

Merry Christmas to all.....

Jeff

Thanks for the update Jeff, I'm glad you have had a safe trip so far!

And, Merry Christmas!!!

I was in California on a business trip a few years ago, and my wife and I visited the Reagan Library. What a place!!! One thing I remember was the Caddy limo President Reagan used, and the drip pan under it to catch the oil
leaks........GM's finest!!!

Did not notice the drip pan, but was surprised to see how ugly 1980 styling was of the Impala car used by the LA police, the 1986 Suburban used by Secret Service and yes, the limo itself.

To think it looked cool and current in styling then, but now it looks old and outdated!!!

What hotel did you stay at in Vegas???? The Wynn is our favorite.

After so many years of staying at the "strip hotels" I have grown tired of them. I have stayed at the MGM, Flamingo Hilton, Bally's and a few others that I find them sterile and boring.

This time, we stayed at the Fitzgerald downtown for $39.00/night!!!! The week before Christmas is a slow week and most hotels just want you in their casinos to gamble. Next time, I will stay at Binions.

I find the downtown Vegas hotels to be more friendly and one can smoke cigars without everyone looking at you funny... for me they remind me of the "old Vegas".

You stay at the Wynn... dam... you must be a high roller Bob!!! That is one expensive hotel. I did drink a Martini there and it cost me $11.00/ea at the bar at the back of the hotel overlooking the golf course!!!

Actually, I miss the old Desert Inn hotel that used to sit where the Wynne does now.

Depending on our travel plans, may have to stop back in Vegas on the way home and try and win my money back!!!!

Merry Christmas.....
