Np434 help

My 74 ford 350 dump with an np453 is making a noise in 3 gear. It almost sounds like a hammer tapping sheet metal. Not constant and only when on the throttle not when off the gas. And ideas would be appreciated. Started about 30 miles ago.

front main shaft bearing was out causing this sound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EO50Q7viVLI time 2:00). were im at np435s are a dime a dozen, got a used one for $150 almost not worth t/s and fixing for most things

After taking the shifter off I think the noise is the synchro shell hitting 4th hear. Going to see if I can pop off my neighbors to see how much play is in his.

Well some new synchro for 3 4 and 1 2 and new seal in the pto and she's back in action.
