My aunt passed away about a year ago and my uncle is leaving me a 1969 f100. I’m not much of a mechanic and don’t know much past the basics, but have always been interested in one day getting into restoration (especially an f100), and especially now that I have two sons. My uncle knew this and gifted it after his wife passed. It cranks, but needs a few things to get road ready. I’m going to be learning as I go, so I was hoping joining a group like this would be a great help. My son is only 6 but he’s super excited that his daddy finally got an old truck!

Over all, these old trucks are largely simple. Most of it is just understanding what it is or isn't doing in order to properly diagnose any issues.
