Hi!

I bought this summer a F-600 1965 and I'm trying to learn more about it. So I join this forum because I've found lots of information here.

My F600 has been ordered as 84 body type (cowl and chassis) and it has been builded here in Finland as a firetruck.

Engine is 330 FT MediumDuty with Ford 2100 2bbl.
Transmission is NP435 (even that the trans code in warrantyplate is: II) and rearaxel is Eaton 2-speed (electric) mod.13802 with 6.33/8.81:1 (code F8)
Front axel is mysterious for me: code C ?

I'm going to build it in hot rod -style next summer and I might need a lots of infomation about parts and accessories.

Sorry, my english ain't so good, but hope you can get it smilieFordlogo

First, welcome to Ford Truck Fanatics, blazoffer! Congratulations on your F600....What GVW does the data plate show?

Your front axle is most likely a 6,000 lb. with the rear being a 15,500 lb. Eaton. If you have hyd. brakes, you most likely have 15x5 Kelsey-Hayes brakes.

On Edit: The 15x5 brakes are on the rear....
