Motor question

Not sure what this is but I think it's a pollution control devise. I need to replace the hose on the left side. It all duct taped up from the previous owner. It's the hose on the left. Any idea on the correct part name and where to buy it.

Thank you. Where can I buy that line? Can I use a rubber line. Something similar to a larger fuel line? 3/4 inch? If prefer the original one tho.

I believe it is just standard rubber line available at your local parts store.

Yep, it has a matching blue oil pan as well. Some day I'll take off the valve covers and paint them too.
