U should get 225 to 250 miles out of a tank (my average) . But if its flat where u live might do even better.

Good lookin truck congrats on a great deal...Yea Chris it IS an AODE 4R70W wasn't the norm for that trans until 96...MOST of the parts are interchangeable...And i have found a shift kkit for it...for the low low price of 140 bucks...it's a pain to find aftermarket parts for it but I'm always lookin so drop me some PM's.....I also know ways to get some cheap power outta that 302.Great lookin truck Git R Done.

Heck ya skan...... I cant WATE to get my manual hubs, becides the drivers side auto hub is blown!! LOL gives me a good excuse to buy new ones lol... can u say mile markers!!

thanks, i it already has a shift kit in it or someone adjusted the pressure(i heard u can do that on these transes??) And hey man send me some PM's on how to get that extra power( i already have the 460 air intake) just so you know!!

I really like warn hubs tho but i heard the mile makers are really good hubs too!!

Nice truck and an even better deal.

The gears are 3.55 but your trak-lok is probably worn out by now. The tranny is a 4R70W. Is it mass air? Is there a sensor just outside of the airbox going to the engine?

I'd Like to see a 4r70w I look at trucks all time And out of all I have owned parted have never seen one all have been the E$OD (Yes the dollar sign is right)or manual R they any better?

It's basically an AODE with different gear ratios and some upgraded electronics and hard parts.

Paint em .. The Milemarkers r OK if u r not offroading . I blew 2 sets couple years ago no more for me. But They do look pretty . And I was in the truck pulls.
