Hey all. Just had to drop by with this to stir up the Ford vs Chevy talk. Pretty funny stuff:

Never really got in to the brand bashing. At this point, it's all engineered to fail...the big Three collaborate on tons of projects and each brand has their strengths and weaknesses. For old school stuff, ever wanted to throw a big bad 460 stroker in something??? Guess what, quite a few of those parts are GM parts or GM designs. I have my reasons for preferring Fords, but blanket statements of blind brand loyalty...are tough to get behind.

Ford are better Trucks. I have had Chevies, Dodges and Fords, to me Ford builds a better truck, They carry more weight, towing is great and are tougher in a accident. I have seen too many Dodges with the front suspension folded under the truck from a front end collision. But the same can be said of Mustangs.

Well I hope there are no front end collisions with this one then...haha. Bought it for the landscape bidness to haul around the tractor and the big trailer...

Yours is a 3500 heavier suspension. The trucks I have seen in and around Winston were
Dodge 1500

Say it ain't so Ben. Well at least it isn't the see word.

$38k out the door...brand new 2017...no one else could touch it. And this is just a work truck...employee will be driving it around.

The ad is funny. But personally I would rather see a company bragging on their own product rather then bashing the competition. I cant understand being 100% brand loyal. As far as trucks I am loyal to both Ford and Nissan (my 2000 Frontier is a good truck I must say).

As far as cars (not performance) I hate to say it I probably would go with Nissan, Honda or Toyota. Although I like what Ford has done with the Fusion.

I can't understand why so many American's willingly buy Asian vehical's. Yes they build good car's and truck's,Yes a lot of good American men and women earn a nice living building them here in the state's, but ALL the big profit's go over sea's.

I have mine cos it was a 3000 dollar truck being sold for 2000 lol and my last car had died lol but frontier is 16 years old and i got it from a private seller. So Nissan didnt get money from me getting it. But i see what your saying for newer cars
