Blue Goose,

Thanks for the info. But did you notice that the Turbocharger is only covered if it is the Original Factory Installed unit. So if your turbo has been replaced at the dealer it is no longer covered by the 7/200K extended warranty. FMC obviously does not have much faith in the turbocharger lasting an extended period of time. :headbang:

Oh Boy, 100,000 miles more of "honest, sir, I just found the superchips box, and I picked it up because I hate pollution". And " Why, no, that was my brothers truck at the mud bogs. It looks just like mine". How about "I want my engine replaced because I read on the internet that you have to". And today, "It didn't make any noise, no lights, it just started smoking and quit!" Go out and look, has a softball sized hole in the block, and a mangled oil pan.

Well... a dollar late and a day short... or whatever the saying is.

My 2003 Excursion 6.0L has 105,000 miles and I am no longer elligible for this extended warrenty!!!!

Has this new update come out 3 months ago... I may have considered the cost of it due to having the original C94 injectors still in my motor?

Wow... Ford Marketing is really stepping up to the plate and for the cost that these motors cost... what is an extra $1,000 - $2,000 for the ESP plan... not much... and it is transferable!!!!!

I just hope that, if and when, I need major work done that Vinny and a few others make house calls... and yes, I will supply the beer, coffee, pop and all the red meat you can eat!!!!

Parts & labor?????

With 105,000 miles on my 2003, it would be a nice feeling that all the other stuff would be covered until 200,000 miles.

Guess I'll just keep praying each night to the Ford Gods to keep me and my truck safe an in good working order... so far so good!!!
:nana:

Praying? is that what you call that left-hand thing you do???
