f450 brakes leaking

i hope someone has some help for me. my 2004 ford f450 started leaking brake fluid at the right rear pistons. @ 90,000 miles i did'nt think twice and replaced the caliper- (rebuild only is available). i have now replaced the piston 5 times in about 6 months. they leak immmediately- (1 day). i have replaced all the rear brake lines from the axle tee to the calipers. i then changed the master cylinder. the brakes work fine ( yes i bled them). i am stumped as what is causing this? i even changed from a1cardone to famco rebuild. dot 3 is recommended and thats what i put in. the leak is small but i use the truck for service work in the refrigeration field. it does have abs, 6 liter diesel, 2wd. any advice would be appreciated.thanks

My first thought would be a defective caliper. Make sure you use the metal "shims" that come with many of the brake pads. They also serve as insulators (keeping heat away from the pistons). Does the caliper have metal or phenolic pistons?
