F150 1997 4x4 P1820

Hi my friends my truck is in trouble

nothing happens when I change to 4x4 (ESOF)

I check many things even i try using another gem module same error code appears.

my original gem module is F75B-14B205-ND C
I try with a F75B-14B205-NC C

not compatible modules???
the rest of the functions work properly
switch checked
solenoids checked
shift motor checked

any Ideas??
