Dead 6.0 with lots of codes

A friend of mine has a 06 F250 that want start. He loaned it to his brother-in-law and we had to go get it on a trailer. It will turn over but not start.

I unplugged the ICP and still no start. He had someone pull codes on it the other day. Here is what he sent me.

U1900
P2285
P0683
P1000

I told him that I would tow it to the dealer for him.

The two to concentrate on is the U1900 (CAN bus problem generated by the ABS module) and the P0683 (circuit for the glow plug control module). My best guess........the U1900 is causing all of it. Look at the wiring and connector on the ABS module.
