9th Gen. Stock Heights?

Hey guys,

I'm curious as to the stock heights on such vehicles. (Inspired by slick's thread below). I know 4x4's obviously sit higher, but I noticed F350's seem to sit higher than my F250 HD and that my HD sits higher than standard F250's. Any info on this is appreciated. Thanks!

I dont have exact numbers...

But yes, you are indeed correct... f250 is taller than a 150 and a 350 than a 250 so forth and so on...

Due to the weight that the trucks are rated for the springs have to be beefed up and have to stand up to more weight... So the truck becomes inherently taller, and the ride gets worse (truck empty) as you go up....

Thank you for confirming that. With the 97 Heavy Duty, are there just more springs or are they thicker?
