Those are split wheels, but fairly new tires.
I have them on my 88 IH rollback

Clean truck. My bet it probably is restored, or well taken care of. Nice find

Picture of the engine on the website also didn't show the exhaust header going across the front of the engine. That was quite handy.........

Lol, yeah. True 292. Fatties only had 3 exits on the sides too if you look at that.
Grill is similar 48-55 with the bump out teeth.

That is still a god looking truck tho
